Sunday Morning

We regret to announce the passing of Ty Howard Osman II. He has succumbed to the severe injuries he sustained on 3/2/12. We celebrate, along with his family, the great gift of God he was to all who knew him. The family wishes to thank friends and loved ones for the ocean of prayers raised up on Ty’s behalf. Ty Sr., Nancy, Adair, and Kendall continue to covet your prayers as they negotiate the difficult days to come.

Ty had made his wishes known to be an organ donor. The family is honoring that request as they make the necessary arrangements over the next 12-24 hours.

Further arrangements for Ty’s memorial service are pending.

May God give grace, mercy, and peace to us all as we grieve a tremendous loss.

  1. Praying for your family as you mourn your loss. Sounds like he was a very giving young man. May God's love comfort you all during this difficult time.

  2. Ty, Nancy, Adair and Kendall,
I have no words. My heart and my prayers have been with you and will continue to be. May God hold you more tightly than you've ever known.
Ty's life will always be a light.

    With much, much love,
    Suzanne Rowe

  3. Praying for your family during this difficult time. My sister is waiting on the kidney transplant list. Ty sounds like a very thoughtful person. Not to many kids his age speak about such decisions. God bless!

  4. My Heartfelt Prayers go out to the Family. May God bless Ty and His Angels bring him into His Glory upon the Loving Embrace of their Wings. May the Lord comfort each heart with His Peace. Know my prayers now continue for you, his family and friends.

  5. Heartfelt prayers for the family and friends of Ty. His decision to be an organ donor is so awesome. In his death he will give so many others new life and hope. What an inspiration he is to us all. Know I will continue praying for the family and friends.

  6. Our prayers are with you - Ty, Nancy, Adair and Kendall. Also with everyone who loved Ty. I hope you find comfort knowing that Ty went from your loving arms to God's. Ty's legacy will live on, not only in the lives of those who receive his organ donation, but in all those who's life he has touched in his brief 19 years. We will always remember his sweet spirit and that wonderful smile. You will remain in our prayers.

  10. So sorry for your loss. We have GOOD friends who lost their daughter in a car wreck in Florida in January. She was a student at FC and people there felt her loss tremendously...just as I know the people at Harding are feeling Ty's loss. May your family and friends and the love of God carry you through this most difficult time.
